$tan \Theta = Ey/Ex = [k\lambda /d (cos \alpha - cos\beta )] / [k\lambda /d (sin\beta + sin\alpha )] = cos 90 - cos 60 / sin 60 + sin 90 = -1 / (2+ root3)$ Hence, answer is D
