first charge = 0
second charge = Q*(potential due to already present charge) = Q*KQ/a = KQ2/a
third charge = Q*(potential due to already present charge) = Q*(KQ/a + KQ/\sqrt{2})
 
fourth charge = Q*(potential due to already present charge) = Q*(2KQ/a + KQ/\sqrt{2})
and total energy of system will be equal to sum of all above work done.
