In this question it says speed of electron slows down,it means direction of electric field line is from A to B.
{ bcz Force on electron is acting opposite to direction of electric field}
From this concept we can say that 
Speed of alpha particle decreases
Speed of Proton increases
Speed of B- particle increases
Correct ans is (c)
