Let us start from the righthand side
2uF and 2uF are in series
so equivalent capacitance will be (2x2)/(2+2) which is equal to 1uF
Again 1uF and 1uF are in parallel so equivalent capacitance will be 1+1 which is 2uF
Again the same process continues...
and at last we get two 2uF capacitors in series
so on the whole equivalnt capacitance will be 1uF..
