If the cylinder is closed then the total flux is zero . I mean that cylinder is a closed body. 2nd possibility is the cylinder is closed at rightside which was cut and opened at left side the flux through the cylinder is " pi r square multiplied electric field whole divided by 2" . My keyboard has no scientific symbols so I wrote in words. TRY TO UNDERSTAND

You know flux in = -E.πR^2 . And flux out along direction of E = E.projection area of area at 30° = E. πR^2cos60° .
Total flux = flux (in + out)
