there are 2 way of creating an electric field , – introduce an electrically charged particle , or introduce a time varying magnetic field .
however , there are no magnetically charged particle , so, the only way of creating a magnetic field involves some form of electric current or time varying E.F
so, u cannot have magnetic field without an electric field .
but , its possible and indeed common to find a magnetic field , in space where electric field is 0 ,
