As it's a symmetrical figure, let's consider the diagonals. 
On the diagonal with 4q and 2q, Q is repelled towards 2q, with a force equal to F = K4Qq/r^2 -K2Qq/r^2
=K2Qq/r^2
 
Here, r can be found using Pythagorean theorum, which is a/√2.
 
Similarly, on other diagonal, we have a repulsion towards q.
With a force of K2Qq/r^2.
 
Now, since they are equal forces with a 90 degree angle in between, we can simply use the result from addition of vectors.
It'll be equal to F√2
 
So, finally, magnitude will be equal to 
 
4√2*( KQq/a^2).
