iIn Gauss’s Theorem, does the exact location of charges inside the surface affect the value of the integral ? Is E the electric field due to all charges both inside and outside the surface ? In an infinitely long straight wire uniformly charged is the electric field parallel and equidistant straight lines perpendicular to the wire

Dear Student
Ask only one question. The exact location of charges inside does not affect the value. The condition is that Gaussian surface has to enclose the charge.
2) Yes both Inside and outside, Because it affects flux
3) It emerges of line in radial direction perpendicular to the wire
