if the length of the wire is increased by 30% then its resistance wiil be increased by how much?

Resistance is directly proportional to wire length and inversely proportional to wire cross-sectional.
Volume = Area * length 
V = A L   or A = V/L
since, volume remaoins same.
so R’ = (rho) L2/V
Now differentiate the relation and find the relative change.
 so the change in th3e resistance will be 2 times of the change in the length.
