This question is based on the principal of Electrostatic Superposition.
It states that Coulomb’s force between two charges is independent of presence of other charges.
 
Moreover, you know Coulomb’s force is equal to (1/4(Pi)(Eo))Q1Q2/R2.
Shape of conductor has nothing to do with any of these terms in the formula.
