We have V=IR
Also R=resiativity*l/A 
Thus,V=I/A(resiativity*l)
Further,E is the magnitude of uniform electric field in conductor whose lenght is l,then,
V=El
Thus El=J*l*resistivitl
Thus,E=J*resistivity
