answer is ‘2c’ ..
there will be short circuit at the third plate as both of them are connected to ‘b’ so there will be same potential.. we remove the short circuit part and solve :)

Dear student 
The last capacitor is short circuit ,
so the equivalent capacitance will be c|| c 
So , It will be 2c .
