According to gauss law 
Close integral E.ds = q/epselon 
ds will be equal to Area
So, E = q/6epselon

As all the charges are same (q), so every charge at one corner will cancel the electric field produced by the charge at the opposite corner and hence net electric field = 0 at the centre.
