When we plot the potentials of various points from left to right in the figure we get that the leftmost point is at 100V, then after the first 2uF capacitor let the potential be V, then after the next 2uF capacitor potential will again be 100V as the leftmost point is connected to it by a wire which maintains same potential between two points its connected to. Then the next 2uF capacitor is connected between 100V and V and the next two 5uF and 3uF are connected between V and V.
