Each capacitor shown in figure has a capacitance of 5.0 uF. The emf of battery is 50V. How much charge will flow through AB is the switch is closed?
Please help me to solve this question. This ques is from HC Verma Part 2 page number 166 (ques no. 20). Thanks.

when S is open then total charge (qi) = 500/3 uC
when S is closed the capacitor iin parallel to it gets shortened.
total charge after closing S (qf) = 500 uC
charge through S = qf – qi = 1000/3 uC
