First u need to draw that diagram and draw all the forces along x and y axis .
for net force on C:
the charge on A will apply force on c diadonally so thee will be two componenets of Fac i.e. along x and y direction .Similarly  Fbc and Fdc.then calculate the net force. we need to consider the foce of every charge as it follows the superposition principle.
