Here is the concept to solve the question.
The wire can be divided into smaller parts of different shapes.
Like in the first case the wire is made up one vertical semi infinite length wire and one horizontal semi infinite wire and one quarter circle wire.
In the second case it is composed of two semi infinite vertical wires and one semicircular wire.
 
use the expression of corresponding electric field of different shape for wires both horizontal and vertical axis.And add it.
