Angle between 2 (or more) suspended charges depends upon the following factors:-
1. Magnitude of charge and distance of separation which will give the value of force acting between them. It can either be attractive or repulsive.
2. Tension on the string.
3. Weight of charge acting downwards which will be equal and opposite to a component of tension acting vertically upward.
