An electron and a protone are kept in the same electric field .will they experience same force and have same acceleration?

HEY DEAR

THEY WILL EXPERIENCE SAME FORCE BUT NOT SAME ACCELERATION

BECAUSE F-qE WHERE q IS CHARGE WHICH IS SAME FOR BOTH PARTICLE AND E IS ELECTRIC FIELD WHICH IS ALSO SAME

HENCE FORCE ON BOTH PARTICLES IS SAME

BUT....

WE KNOW F=ma where a is acceleration and m is mass. As mass is different for both particles hence they will not experience same acceleration
