Electric Field inside the Spherical shell is Zero. The drive at the focal point of the shell is zero. 
As in the question there Q and Q/2 is given . 
At that point add up to charge = 3Q/2 
At that point Electric Field = k(3Q/2)/x^2. 
Electric Force = (2Q)*E =1/4πɛ *(3Q^2/x^2) 
At that point the aggregate charge= Q/2 
Electric Flux = Q/2/ɛ = Q/2ɛ
