All the forces would be repulsive in nature.
The net Force would be:
Fnet = F +  F + F’ => => 2F + F’
=> 2*(KQ^2/0.05^2) + KQ^2/(2*0.05^2)
=> 5KQ^2/(2*0.05^2)
=> 25KQ^2
