the soap bubble will  EXPAND IN SIZE
  1.   because of the force due to the electrostatic pressure or stress which is directed outward to the soap surface.
  2. the force is due to the other charge of the soap surface which is given the charge if we consider a small area on the soap surface.
  • due to this, there is excess pressure inside and the bubble will increase in size.
