Charge on plates
Ic=dq/dt

Displacement current through plates is given by
Id=ϵo dΦE/dt

Using Gaussian theorem,
ΦE=q/ϵo

Id=ϵo d(q/ϵo)/dt
Id=dq/dt

Therefore,both displacement currentand conduction curent are equal
