Two particle of equal mass m and charge q are not placed at a distance of 16 cm they do nott experience any force the value of q/m is

Repulsion force due to charge = k qq/d²

attraction force due to mass  = G mm/d²

 particle do not experience any force so electric force and gravitational force balance each other.

           1/4∏ε  qq/d²  = G mm/d²

      q/m = (4∏ε G)^1/2
