Dear pallavi

Repulsion force due to charge = k qq/d2

attraction force due to mass  = G mm/d2

 particle do not experience any force so electric force and gravitational force balance each other.

           1/4∏ε  qq/d= G mm/d2

      q/m = (4∏ε G)1/2

It is not possible that they do not apply any force on each other.
like charges repel each other.
unlike charges attract each other.
