An electron entres between two horizontal plates seprated by 2mm and having a potential difference of 1000v the force on electron is

 potential difference of 1000v

so electric field (E) between the plate is  = 1000/2 *10^-3

   force on the electron is F=eE

                                    =1.6*10^-19 * 10⁶ /2

                                    =.8 * 10^-13 N
