what is the effect on the capacitance of a capacitor if the area of the parallel plates is not same in parallel plate capacitor?

C = QV   WHERE V IS THE  POTENTIAL DIFF. B/T THE PLATES .

 V = E D   E IS THE ELECTRIC FIELD IN THE REGION  NET E = Q\2Ae + Q/2ae where a AND A  are area of both plates 

put  E in 2 exp. then v in 1 you will get the capacitance
