Q- We know if there is a conducting medium between two charges(like or unlike), then coulombic force between them will be-zero, because dielectric constant for conductors K= infinity, then why the charge residing inside conductors comes to the surface, finally? and it is said that charges comes to the surface to minimize their repulsion ? Q- We know the value of indused charge on a body by= -Q[1-1/k] for conductors, K=infinity, then Q indused = -Q[1-0]= -Q , Even then it is seen in some situations that the indused charge on conductor is not Equal and opposite but some lesser in amount than the indusing charge Q ? explain these situations? Q- It is possible that two conducting small spheres(not too much small) having same charges but of different values can attract each other, How?

Whenever two charges with same sense of charge are present there is a repulsion between each charge, and when with opposite sense are present there is attraction.
