A charge q1 is placed div height below a pond of water. Charge q2 is placed h2 height above the pond in air. What will be the electric force between these two charges placed in these two different medium(air & water)? Dielectric constant of water is k.

this calculation is not possible n requires concepts not taught in 12, n equivalent distance cannot be taken as it is conceptually incorrect
