MY QUESTION ISIS THE EXISTENCE OF ELECTRIC FIELD IN METALS IF YES THEN HOW???

No, electric field do not exist in metals. This is because, The electric field leads to the induction of charges inside the metal which leads to an equal an opposite elctric field inside the metal. So, the net field inside metal becomes zero.
