Hi Saha,
If we create a hole inside a charged conducting sphere then
1. The electric field is still zero inside the hole as the conducting sphere doest not allow electric field lines to pass through it.
2. The electric field outside is dependent on the total charge enclosed by the sphere which is unchanged by the making of the hole. Thus, the electric field outside the sphere is unchanged and same as before.
