Its a simple logic.

As you know when a plane lands or takes off it creates lots of friction with the road which leads to accumulation of charges on the tire.

In such a situation. a spark might be generated between the tires and a body at lower potential(usually the body). So, the tires are made of conducting rubber to dissipate the charges.

Its beacause when a airplane lands or takes-off there is much friction between the tyre and the road which might lead to accumulation of charges on the tyre.

In such a case the tyre may create a spark with any conductor such as as planes body.

To prevent this the tyres are conducting so that the charges are dispersed.

because when aircraft land on earth ,electric charge is developed due to the friction b/w tyre & earth. And if tyre are conductor then the charge produced is transfered to earth and aircraft has became safe.

The special rubber tyre of air crafts are made slightly conducting so that electricity generated on account of friction b/w the tyres and the runway goes to earth.

It is because, when the air craft is moving on the runway , excessive charge is induced on the tyre due to friction between tyre and the ground..To avoid such situations, the tyre of an aircraft is made as a conductor......

during landing the tires of space craft get charged due to friction . in case the tyres are slightly conducting the charge develope on tyres will not stay on them and its way leak to earth

Because when the aeroplane lands on ground then the aeroplane has very high speed which produced maximum amount of fraction . Fraction create electric current,if the tyre is made of insulator, tyres caught fire. So, the tyre are made of conductor which transfer electric current to the ground, which preserve from fire.

It is because when aircraft take off on road then much friction between the tyre and road which produced charges which is bad effect arw occur on aircraft .In this case, the wheel of aircraft made up of conducting rubber wheel due to this wheel developed charge dispersal .

It is because when aeroplane takes off then there is friction between the  tyres and the road . This activity creates accumulation of charges on the tires which May creates spark and there might be great lose . So to prevent this ......
