in a simple CR circuit with a dc source at t=0 there is no charge in the capacitor then how there is a current in the circuit?

Hi Sarthak
there is no charge in the capacitor, therefore the voltage across it is zero. Therefore, the entire dc source voltage V=IR at t=0, where I is the current at t=0
