Figure shows a hollow sphere of inner radius R and outer radius 3R. the material of sphere is non-conducting. it has a uniform volume charge density σ. there is a spherical cavity in the volume of sphere which touches the outer and inner surface and has a radius R. what is the value of electric field inside this cavity?

[Ans: 7σ/(12ε) , where ε is the permittivity of free space]

i just want to know the process of solving this problem....
