Q.why is the electric flux through a closed sphere due to an external charge is zero?Doesn't any electric feild line produced from the external charge pass through the surface?What is the electric field at the centre of the sphere due to the charge?

pliz explain the answer from commen(not from gauss law).

electric flux through a closed sphere due to an external charge is zero Bcoz the electric flux is developes due to charged body or charges enclosed by the body.

       In your case the charge present out side the sphere therefor electric flux is zero.
