Hi Nitisha,

A non conducting sphere is sush a spere in which charge cannot move from one place to another.

Hence any charge placed on a non conducting sphere remains in that place.

However in  a conducting sphere, the charge redistributes itself so as to maintain a state of minimum potential energy.
