What is force of repulsion between two charges of 1C each kept at 1m apart in water.{K=80}.

Just apply Coulumb's Law. The force gets divided by the value of dielectric constant(here k=80), due to the properties of the medium.

From the colomb's law,

F=q1xq2/4∏εKr2

Substituting values,

F=1/320∏ε

F=1.1x109
