in parellel plate capacitor the two plates have opposite charges then why dont they stick to each other?

Ans:- The plates of the capacitors attracts each other and we can find out the value but the force is too weak and hence the plates don't move towards each other. But in ideal situation they can move to each other and can make the gap between them equal to 0.
