THE GAUSS'S THEOREM IS USED TO FIND ELECTRIC FIELD INTENSITY DUE 2 A CHARGE WHICH IS ENCLOSED IN CLOSE SURFACE AND IF THE CHARGE IS PRESENT OUTSIDE THE SURFACE THEN THE NET FLUX THROUGH THE SURFACE IS ZERO.AND GAUSS THEO STATES THAT THAT THE NET FLUX COMING OUT FROM A CLOSED SURFACE IS 1/EPSILON 0 TIMES THE TOTAL CHARGE ENCLOSED BY THE SURFACE
