is deflection of a beam in electric field a convincing proof of its particle nature

Dear Abhishek,

It is true that a beam of light gets deflected under the effect of Electric feild, but this would be not enough to proof that light  has particle nature.

This woud be better proved by De-broglie equation with the help  of Einstein Relative motion theory for wave particles.
