Yes, you can get a seat but chances to get into government mbbs is less.You can get it in private college.

Kindly mention the mark you are getting , 
as NEET have 30,000 seat nearly if we could sum total of all the private as welll as govt seats , then u can get a seat but the college will not be that much top level , but lower govt college , or in top private college , 
check if that private college will be affordable for you or not . 
and also , u can take a drop if u given the exam in the regular batch , if so much confidece will be their . 
and . also there will be diffrent ranking acc to percentile i think due to the paper pattern difficulty in NEET 2 .
