This is pedigree is a type mitochondrial inheritance-
Conditions caused by a mutation in the mitochondrial DNA have unusual patterns.
1. both males and females are affected
2. the condition is transmitted through the female to ALL her offspring
3. if a male has the trait and his spouse doesn't, their offspring won't have the trait

In the pedigree you can see only female is transmitting the trait to all her offsprings. and When male has it none of his offsprings have the trait.

For more information:
Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) is genetic material found in mitochondria. It is passed down from mothers to both sons and daughters, but sons cannot pass along their mothers' mtDNA to their children. This is because mtDNA is transmitted through the female egg and not through sperm.

You can see that all offspring are like mother and so it is cytoplasmic inheritance. Plastid and mitochondria inheritance is cytoplasmic
