I haveread an article about Supreme court order onNEET ,that the board exam marks are counted for NEET ranking , like 60% on entrance and 40% on boards . Is this true ?

no , board mark will not count for neet 2017 , admission will be only on the besis of neet score and merit list besis , 
only u have to score 50 percent to get elligible for admission .
