ω= 3 radian/sec
OA = 3i + 6j + 2k
So we can asume that OA vector's starting point is O and end point is A. So when vector OA rotate with respect to the point O , it makes a circle, whose position vector r = OA= 3i+6j+2k.
So we have ω, and r. 
As we know that velocity v =r * ω
So v= 3* (3i+6j+2k)
So velocity V= 9i + 18j + 6k
