while finding range of any trigonometric function can we find it by finding the range of two parts of given trigonometric function & then addind them,i.e we have to add to inequilities is it possible?

No this method is wrong.
for example you have sinx + cosx
 According to your method range must be 2
You have to convert it into a single trig function. Multiply and divide by root 2...the eqn comes in the form of sin(x+ 45)...Therefore you can see that the range is root 2
