sec^2x= tan^2x+1
put x= arctan3 or tanx=3
so sec^2x= 9+1=10
cot^2x+1=cosec^2x
put x= arccot3 ot cotx=3
so cosec^2x= 1+9=10
adding, we get final answer as:
10+10=20
