Let AD = d, and AE = e
Since Ar(BAE) = 2 Ar(EAC), we have ½ ce sin(x+y) = eb sin z so that sin(x+y)/sin z = 2 b/c.........1
 
Similarly comparing Ar(DAC) and Ar(BAD), we get sin(y+z)/sin x = 2c/b...........2
 
Multiplying (1) and (2), we get that the desired expression equals 4
