The question is wrong
Solving LHS we get 1/sin^2x + 1/cos^2x + sin^2x cos^2x = (sin^2x+cos^2x)/sin^2x.cos^2x + 1
Enough to show
1/sin^2x.cos^2x =1
But this is not always true, take x = 0, π/2 etc.
Please check the question.
