kindly follow the below method for solving such question 
TAKE A RIGHT TRIANGLE ABC , RIGHT ANGLED AT C 
HERE 
COS A = AC/AB 
COS B = BC / AB 
GIVEN COS A = COS B 
AC/AB = BC / AB 
SO, A=B
