in triangle, ABC, A+B+C = 180
A+B =180-C
sin(A+B) = sinC
sinB/sin(A+B) = sinB/sinC.....(1)
according to sine rule, 
sinB/b = sinC/c
Thus, sinB/sinC = b/c
sinB/sin(A+B) = b/c
Answer is option 2.
