We know that   θ     * 2πr = the perimeter of the arc.

... r = 6336 (given)
perimeter of the arc = 64 (given)

  θ     *   2πr   = 64
360
  θ     *   2(3.14)(6336) = 64
360
... θ =   64 * 360
2(3.14)(6336)
θ = 0.579 degrees
= 34.74 minutes
